Terms of Service (Beta)

A plain language summary for private beta.

Quantum Shortlist is in private beta. These Terms are a simple description of how we expect the product to be used during beta. They are a placeholder and will be replaced with a full legal agreement before public launch.

By using Quantum Shortlist during beta, you agree to the points below.

1. Beta service

  • Quantum Shortlist is a work in progress.
  • Features may change, break, or be removed.
  • We may limit or end beta access at any time.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
  • Do not share sign in links or try to access someone else's account or workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Quantum Shortlist for illegal activity.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Try to bypass security, access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
  • Abuse the service with excessive or automated traffic that harms reliability for others.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit to Quantum Shortlist.
  • You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you, including showing your deals and shortlists inside the app.

5. Compliance and platform rules

Quantum Shortlist is designed to support compliance friendly workflows. However, you are responsible for:

  • Following Amazon's rules and policies.
  • Following the rules of any other platform where you share deals.
  • Following the laws that apply to you.

We do not guarantee that using Quantum Shortlist by itself will keep you compliant with any third party rules.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (Beta) explains how we collect and use data during beta.

7. No guarantees

  • During beta, Quantum Shortlist is provided as is and as available.
  • We do not promise that the service will be up all the time.
  • We do not promise that every feature will work perfectly.
  • We do not promise any specific results, earnings, or performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quantum Shortlist and its operators will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

If we are found to have any direct liability, it will be limited to the amount you have paid for Quantum Shortlist in the last three months before the issue.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves and as we prepare for public launch. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the site.
